Sweeten to taste (optional).<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t<p>Best method(s):<br \/><strong>Cold Water Infusion<\/strong>: fresh, chopped<br \/><strong>Sun Tea Infusion<\/strong>: fresh, chopped<br \/><strong>Boiled &amp; Steeped Infusion<\/strong>: fresh, chopped<br \/><strong>Beverage Decoction, a.k.a. Boil &amp; Simmer<\/strong>: fresh or dry, Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 15-20 minutes<br \/><strong>Beverage Decoction plus Infusion<\/strong>: yes, but ginger won&#8217;t release its flavor as well in infusion, so it should be the beverage decoction portion<br \/><strong>Syrups<\/strong>: absolutely, fresh or dry<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff3333\"><span style=\"font-family: Wingdings\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-large\"><b>J<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> \u00a0 Ginger Root is a time-honored, safe and effective remedy for nausea (including during pregnancy) and motion sickness. It is a frequent ingredient in Chinese cooking and makes a wonderful addition to liniments and body rubs for circulation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff3333\"><span style=\"font-family: Wingdings\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-large\"><b>R<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0 Crystallized ginger is fresh ginger root that&#8217;s been boiled in a sugar syrup and then dried.
